Allurépic® Refine™ is a non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid filler that replenishes moisture and restores skin hydration, improving texture, elasticity, and rejuvenation. Unlike traditional dermal fillers, primarily used to add volume and structure to specific face areas, Allurepic Refine hydrates the skin from within and improves its overall quality.
Besides providing immediate hydration, Allurépic® Refine™ can produce collagen, a protein that helps maintain the skin’s structure and firmness. Over time, increased collagen production can improve skin quality, including increased elasticity and reduced fine lines and wrinkles.
Allurépic® Refine™ is also designed to even out skin tone and reduce the appearance of pigmentation irregularities, such as sunspots or acne scars. The filler’s hydration and plumping effects can help smooth out the skin’s surface, resulting in a more radiant and even complexion.

What is Allurépic® Refine™?
Allurépic® Refine™ is a sterilized by moist heat, transparent, and odorless gel with high viscosity of non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid with a nonanimal source. It softens fine lines, reduces the appearance of wrinkles, and restores lines and lost volume, which happens because of poor hydration and natural fat loss over time. This effective treatment prevents aging skin in the early stage and after for a more youthful look.
Allurépic® Refine™ consists of Hyaluronic Acid Gel from bio-fermentation and is suspended in a physiological buffer pH 7. Injected with a fine 27 G needle, discomfort is minimized while the skin is being penetrated to reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
Allurépic® Refine™ is a viscoelastic, biodegradable, non-pyrogenic gel supplied in a disposable glass syringe with a Luer lock fitting. The syringe is equipped with a plunger stopper, finger grip, and plunger rod and is packed in a blister with two sterile needles.

What are the potential side effects?
Allurépic® Refine™ injections can lead to potential immediate or delayed side effects, including:
- Inflammatory reactions include redness, swelling, itching, pain, and tenderness at the injection site.
- Induration (hardening of the skin) or the formation of nodules at the injection site.
- Poor filling results due to improper injection technique.
- Delayed or immediate hypersensitivity, abscess formation, and glabellar necrosis (though rare).
- Hematomas (collection of blood under the skin).
You should be able to seek immediate medical attention if these reactions persist for over a week. These reactions typically occur immediately or 1-2 weeks after the injection, are usually mild to moderate, and last about two weeks. Patients experiencing such reactions should contact their physicians promptly. Treatment should be avoided for patients with multiple allergic reactions.
How long does Allurépic® Refine™ treatment last?
Allurépic® Refine™ is a non-permanent hyaluronic acid dermal filler and will absorbed in time. The adequate time for each treatment depends on various factors, such as the patient’s lifestyle and diet, treatment area, environment, the amount of the product used, and the injection technique.
With an optimal treatment, Allurépic® Refine™ lasts up to 3 months.
What is the recovery time?
Treatment with Allurépic® Refine™ dermal filler is minimally invasive and requires little to no downtime. In most cases, patients can often resume their normal activities immediately after treatment, making them a convenient option for busy individuals looking to refresh their appearance.
